Ixapack Global offers a full range of high-performance machines for production control and product identification: Checkweigher, Combined Checkweigher and Metal Detector, Weighing/Labeling Module and Labeler.
The IPFA TG3-A Checkweigher allows a weight control of all types of products and precise ejection of out-of-tolerance products.
All our checkweighers are standard, equipped with a hygienic stainless steel frameintuitive statistics software, simplified recipe management, and quick format changes. Equipment available in IP65 or IP69K version.
To ensure the quality of your products, different types of ejections are possible : anti-rotation jack, flipper, tilting conveyor belt or blow gun.
The ejection of overweight products can be carried out in stainless steel bins or on roller tables.
TG3-A Combined Checkweigher and Metal Detector
Combined with CEIA-type metallic particle detectors, the TG3-A Checkweigher makes it possible weight control and identification of ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel elements within each element passing on the equipment's modular belt conveyors. For optimal production monitoring, the Combined unit offers the possibility of sending information back to your upstream process machine.
The Weighing/Labeling Module allows to label your products according to their weight. It is therefore possible to enter the prices per kilo and the weights of your products in addition to the legal information.
The Weighing/Labeling Module is composed of a TG3-A Checkweigher and a print/apply labeling machine. The labels are printed on demand, each time a product passes over the weighing conveyor. They are then applied to your product by a suitable applicator.
The HP automatic labeler allows, through a licking process, to apply your pre-printed labels to a wide range of products.
Several versions are available, giving this label maker versatility and ease of use: horizontal, vertical or inverted application.
