Standard and customizable equipment
La IPFA TG3-A IP69K Checkweigher allows a weight control of all types of products and a precise ejection of out-of-tolerance products.
All Our checkweighers are standardequipped with hygienic stainless steel frame, intuitive statistics software and simplified revenue management, for rapid format changes.
To ensure the quality of your products, different types of ejections are possible:
- anti-rotation cylinder
- Pinball
- tilting conveyor belt
- air blower
The ejection of overweight products can be carried out in stainless steel containers or on roller tables.
This type of equipment is also available in single-track, double-track, or triple-track configurations for larger productions and perhaps associated with CEIA-type metallic particle detectors or to labeling systems for price identification, for example (weight/price).
