Crate and tray former
In order to offer equipment for productions that do not require high production ratesiXAPACK GLOBAL has developed 2 pieces of equipment: The RSC Crate Maker and ITF Tray Maker.
The first allows the formation of RSC cartons (American boxes) with a system for closing the bottom of the cartons by taping.
The second one, meanwhile, makes it possible to form trays for transport to a loading island.
To ensure the Transfer of products within pre-formed crates/trays or to feed a conveyor at the machine's input (type Flow Pack WRAPPER), iXAPACK GLOBAL offers the ILI charging island, easy-to-use equipment with a small footprint for easier integration into workshops.
Pastries, prepared meals, chocolate bars, surgical masks… Numerous product applications are possible!
Essential for any production of water bottles and jarsTransit tunnels allow for the pasteurization or cooling* of processed products to ensure their preservation. The tunnels also allow for the storage of your products awaiting packaging.

Before loading, the rack operator unstacks the empty racks, places the products onto the racks and re-stacks the full racks.
Downstream, the de-failure unloads the trays for the transfer of products to their packaging.
