The iXAPACK GLOBAL Checkweighers weigh a wide range of products, whether they are raw, packaged in bags, boxes, pots, cartons, or cases. Capable of controlling XNUMX products per minute, this weighing system ensure precision and speed suitable for the most demanding production environments. For products out of TU200/TU1 tolerance, several ejection systems are available:
- anti-rotation cylinder,
- flippers
- tilting conveyor belt,
- air nozzles
Each of these checkweighing systems is specially designed to be adapted to the shape and characteristics of the product. Non-compliant products are received in stainless steel trays, roller tables, or food bins, ensuring hygienic and safe handling.

Our Checkweighers are designed with a latest-generation stainless steel frame, minimizing water and product retention for easy maintenance and enhanced hygiene. The IP-69K version is particularly suitable for environments requiring intensive cleaning, with open and waterproof conveyors, electropolished stainless steel covers, and food-grade POM material belts. This robustness and resistance make iXAPACK GLOBAL Checkweighers ideal for humid environments or those subject to strict hygiene constraints.
Optimized for Intensive Productions and Custom Solutions
For high-throughput operations, our Checkweighers are available in double or triple-belt versions, for a multi-lane inspection. For more advanced quality control, iXAPACK GLOBAL Checkweighers can be combined with a Metal Detector from our partner CEIATM or a Labeling System developed in-house, enabling simultaneous quality control and product identification. The equipment can also be configured as a case weigher, for heavy weight, positioned at the end of the line after cartoning machine or a case packer.
An Intuitive Interface and Increased Flexibility
To deliver an optimal user experience, iXAPACK GLOBAL has developed an intuitive software accessible via a 12-inch touchscreen. This software allows the storage of numerous weighing programs, making it easy to manage a wide variety of product formats.
The equipment is also compatible with remote monitoring features, enabling users to track the performance of the dynamic Checkweigher and access production statistics via USB or Ethernet network. For deeper analysis, iXAPACK GLOBAL also offers data extraction and analysis software, providing detailed insights into performance, production history, and key indicators.
