Our range of Overwrappers allows the application of a sleeve on your products with underneath gluing for the first system, or conversely, the placement of products on the sleeves via delta robots. Two distinct equipment and operations, adapted to different types of products.
IS Sleeving Machine: Ideal for the application of cardboard sleeves on individual products such as trays (prepared meals, cheeses...). The gluing is done underneath for a neat finish, and the sleeve blanks are simultaneously placed on the products to ensure optimal precision and high productivity.
Top Load Sleeving machine: System designed for the continuous application of a product or a batch of products on a sleeve with top gluing. This solution is suitable for yogurts, jars, cans, or baby food, packaged individually or in packs. Thanks to one or more tripod robots, this equipment allows diversified handling of your products, with groupings and packs varying according to ongoing productions. These two technologies ensure precise, fast, and adapted sleeve application to the diversity of your products.
