Our weigh price labelling system is designed to ensure accurate, compliant labeling that meets production requirements. This system prints essential and even mandatory information in real time, such as weight, price per kilo, best-before date (BBD), or specific mentions like barcodes, QR codes, or harvest dates—ideal for the fruit and vegetable sector.
The module is based on two devices:
The TG3-A Checkweigher: This equipment ensures precise weighing of each product, guaranteeing full compliance with current weight standards. Thanks to its advanced technology, it detects discrepancies and automatically rejects non-compliant products, ensuring optimal control.
A print-and-apply Labelling machine: : Specially designed for customized and immediate printing, this automatic labeling machine generates labels with accurate information based on each product’s weight. Then, the labeler applies these labels automatically using an applicator available in several versions: cylinder, vacuum belt, foam roller, or air blast.

Weigh-price Labeler or Checkweigher with Labelers: what’s the difference?
The labeling module combined with a Checkweigher and the automatic weigh price labeling system may seem similar but have a key difference. For greater customization, the weigh price labelling machine includes a printer that adds real-time data to labels. In contrast, the Checkweigher paired with one or several Labelers applies pre-printed labels, meeting more standardized needs. Choose the solution that best fits your requirements.
