A new gripping system for broader product handling
Our new roller gripper system allows direct handling of cartons without the need for prior case packing. This process offers many advantages: space savings through simplified logistics, reduced environmental impact by minimizing consumables needed for packing and economic savings by eliminating the investment in a Case Packer. An innovation designed by iXAPACK, supplier of packaging lines, to combine performance and sustainability.
A fully automated system
Beyond simple pallet placing on pallets, our automatic Palletizers can be enhanced with numerous features: automated divider management, input and output of full and empty pallets, pallet stacker, depalletizer, upstream case stacker, or automatic opening and closing doors. These options allow you to have a fully automated, turnkey, and secure system for your operators.
Optimal layer management
The palletizing principle is based on the methodical organization of products to form stable and optimized layers, ready to be stacked on pallets. For optimal management of monoline or multiline palletizing, we offer robotic layer preparation tables. They allow processing of different layer formats and offer great flexibility in their design, perfectly adapting to your needs.
