ITF Tray Former
Our Tray Forming machine, also known as a Tray Erector, automatically forms open-top trays/boxes from flat blanks. Its blank magazine is positioned at an ergonomic height, making it easier for operators to load and helping to prevent work-related injuries. Capable of handling various formats, this automatic carton packaging machine is designed for stackable trays, boxes with 4 glued corners, dihedral or wrap-around cases—offering optimal flexibility for your packaging needs. Once formed, trays and boxes can be directed to a robotic loading module via our conveyor systems or manually handled, depending on your production setup.
ICF Case Former
The Case Former we offer automates the unstacking, forming, and taping or gluing of Regular Slotted Cases, streamlining your packaging line and boosting productivity.
Engineered for continuous, high-performance operation, it ensures precise forming of pre-cut blanks followed by automatic bottom sealing with adhesive tape. This automation significantly reduces manual handling time while ensuring consistent, high-quality results.
