The AF300 Flow Wrapper is specially designed for packaging dry products such as cookies, either individually or in batches. Thanks to the low level of pressure exerted on the products, this Flow pack bagging machine is an ideal solution for packaging crumbly products, guaranteeing their integrity throughout the process.
The AFSA Flow Wrapper is designed for products requiring freshness preservation, wrapping them in a Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), such as cheese portions. It features a gas injection system that extends shelf life. An automatic analysis adjusts the gas quantity for optimal packaging quality.
FILM COMPATIBILITY & SEALING
Our Flow Wrappers are compatible with various film types, offering maximum flexibility while ensuring airtight sealing with three seals for optimal protection. This versatility supports diverse packaging needs across multiple industries, including food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.

Our Flow Wrapping machines integrate easily into existing production lines, offering complete automation of the packaging process. Downstream, they can be paired with Checkweighers, another Labeler or packing equipment like cartoners, Case Packers ou palletizers.
