Our Top Load Cartoner is a packaging machine developed to meet the specific needs of your production. It forms cardboard packaging from flat blanks and automatically loads products from the top using tripod robots and closes cartons. The automatic Top Load Cartoner, also known as an automatic Cartoning machine or a Carton Packer, is equipped with a modern user interface, including a 19’’ color touchscreen for intuitive settings, simplified format memory, and clear display of operating instructions. Suitable for industrial speeds, it can reach up to 70 cartons per minute, depending on the nature and complexity of the products. Its ability to handle products in various ways – flat, on edge, single or multi-layer, and single or multi-row – makes it a versatile tool to optimize your packaging lines while ensuring consistent production quality.

Upstream, it can be paired with packaging machines and a system of transition tunnels, or followed by a Checkweigher, a Case Packer, and a Palletizer, offering a fully automated and interconnected turnkey production solution.

To facilitate maintenance and adjustments, the robotic cartoning machine can be equipped with a touchscreen tablet. Additionally, onboard cameras allow remote identification of potential malfunctions, ensuring quick and effective intervention by our technicians.
