Designed to form cartons from pre-glued blanks, our Side Load Cartoners ensures precise and automated handling of products such as bags, trays, chocolate bars, frozen products… It offers two operating modes adapted to your products and integrates easily into your packaging line.
The Side Load Cartoner with a pushing system, ideal for trays or other rigid products, introduces the product into the carton using a pusher that acts as a guide.
The Side load Cartoner with drawers, perfectly suited for softer products such as pouches, inserts the product into the carton using a drawer that integrates directly into it for complete product guidance.
For simplified and efficient operation, the equipment is equipped with an intuitive human-machine interface (HMI), allowing real-time production monitoring and the creation of new formats. With precise and instantly accessible data, you benefit from optimal control over the entire process, ensuring efficiency and productivity on a daily basis.
