Our range of Labelers is specifically designed to meet industrial labeling requirements , offering three application options tailored to different needs : Top labeling (horizontal version), Side labeling , vertical version applies the labels from the top of the product, the vertical version applies them to the side, and theBottom labeling (inverted version) position them from below. These three configurations can be combined to transform a single Labeler into a complete labeling module, enabling simultaneous and precise application on multiple sides of your products. For a turnkey, optimized solution, integrate a dynamic Checkweigher, a Checkweigher and / or a CEIA TM Metal DetectorThis combination ensures reliable automatic labeling, high-speed weight control, and detection of ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless-steel contaminants in your products.
SUITABLE PROTECTION RATING
Our industrial Labelers are available with IP65 protection for standard environments or IP69K for demanding production conditions, ensuring optimal resistance to water, dust, and intensive cleaning.
ADVANCED DETECTION
Optional features include a sensor for transparent labels and a near-end-of-roll detection system, allowing you to anticipate roll changes and minimize downtime.
INTUITIVE CONTROL
Equipped with a 4-inch color touchscreen, our labelers offer an intuitive interface for precise control and quick adjustments. The labeler's height can be adjusted either automatically or manually using a joystick, offering maximum flexibility for adapting to different product sizes.
SIMPLIFIED OPERATION
Thanks to an optimized installation system, roll changes can be completed in seconds. Automatic adjustments can also be enabled to simplify production changeovers.
