LOADER AND UNLOADER OF RETORT SYSTEM
The system consists of two main functions: the loading and unloading of product trays. The Loader is responsible for destacking empty trays and picking up various products such as cheese, ready meals, doypacks, cups and pouches to place them onto trays. Once the trays are filled, the loader stacks and conveys them to pasteurizing systems (autoclaves), storage, or aging areas.
The unloader, on the other hand, empties full trays from retort systems by transferring the products to downstream packaging equipment (cartoner, case packer, palletizer, etc.) and stacks the empty trays.
Loading and Unloading can be performed by the same robotic module or by two distinct systems depending on your layout and needs. Its modular architecture allows for progressive evolution of your installation, based on your production volumes or new formats.
