We offer a case packing solution, for packaging lines tailored to the food and cosmetics industries, combining performance with ease of use. Within a single machine, it forms, fills, and seals cases in various formats: wraparound cases, trays, shelf ready packagings (SRP)… This robotic Case Packer offers great flexibility in handling packagings, products, as well as in placing them inside the cases, with adaptable configurations. It is equipped with an HMI that allows users to control production parameters, monitor machine components, and obtain real-time production data.

Our Case Packer/Packing machine is compatible with a broad variety of products such as trays, pouches, pots, bottles, and previously cartoned products. Thanks to a custom-designed gripping system developed in-house, each product is handled with optimal efficiency and precision throughout the automated case packing process.
PRODUCT HANDLING SYSTEMS TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS
Our Case Packer includes various product handling systems, including delta robots with a number of axes adapted to picking and placing needs. A cartesian manipulator system can also be integrated, ideal for more mechanical Case Packers.
HOT MELT GLUING FOR PRECISE AND DURABLE SEALING
Our Top Load Case Packer uses a Hot Melt gluing system with glue guns to seal cases. This method ensures a strong, precise seal that meets durability and quality requirements, for optimal logistics handling, whether automated or manual palletizing .
OPTIMIZED ERGONOMICS FOR SIMPLIFIED USE
Our machine is designed to offer maximum ergonomics, with wide accessibility to all components, making maintenance and adjustment operations easier. The control screen can be mounted on a stand and completed by a remote access system via a control tablet, for flexible and intuitive operation.

Flexibility for single or multi-format production
Our Case Packer is designed for both single-format and multi-format production. When multiple formats are handled, switching between them takes only a few minutes using manual adjustment wheels, with no tools required. Gripper changes are completed in seconds and can be stored directly on the machine frame or on a dedicated tooling cart (optional). Format changes can also be fully automated on machine components for companies seeking that feature.
Integration and compliance for a fully automated packing line
Our Cartoning machine integrates easily into existing lines or can be complemented with our other equipment, such as an upstream Top Load Cartoner and a downstream Palletizer , to create a fully automated packing line. In-line product inspection is crucial to meet strict industry standards. We also offer Checkweighers, Labelers et Metal Detection systemsto ensure full compliance.
Modularity and customization for a tailored case packer
Our automatic Case Packer can be enhanced with various optional modules to meet your specific requirements. These include: a diverter to distribute and pace products across multiple lanes; a lid applicator module for placing removable cardboard covers on cases/trays; a promotional item dispensing station for temporary marketing campaigns; a grouping preparation module; product buffer stations... While the base machine is standardized, its customization options are extensive.
