Applicable to all types of production, our SELVEX range of Weight Sorting and Control systems allows for Weighing, Labeling and Identification of metallic elements within the products. Equipped with a high-performance HMI that allows the display of numerous production data, each piece of equipment also includes modular elements depending on the products (different ejections, receptions, rate control, etc.).
Standard version of our Checkweigher, available in 4 versions (simplified model, with IP69K rating, or case weighing version). Easily integrated into production lines in the food processing and other sectors, its high-speed operation allows for precise weight control of your products (up to 200 weighings/min). Furthermore, several ejection options are available depending on your product types.

Combined with a metal detector, the TG3-A Checkweigher enables weight control and the identification of ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel components within each item passing along the equipment's modular belt conveyors. For optimal production monitoring, the Combined Unit offers the option of sending the information back to your upstream process machine.
