This event, which we have attended for many years, is a must-attend and will be an opportunity for us to present our latest model. Cashier which allows for the stacking, filling, and sealing of cardboard boxes via a single piece of equipment, for a fully automated case packing process managed by a single line operator. Cardboard blanks are unstacked by a multi-articulated robot, products are picked up and placed by tripod robots of our own manufacture (1 to 3 per case packer), and boxes are sealed using hot-melt gluing with a glue tank integrated directly into the machine's chassis. All these steps are monitored and configured via the machine's HMI.
A flagship product in our end-of-line range, the Case Packer is undergoing continuous improvements, particularly regarding its maintenance. The latest innovation is the option to install onboard cameras within the machine, enabling the precise and rapid detection of any malfunctions. This offering is complemented by a control tablet that allows maintenance teams to make adjustments directly to the affected areas.
