Discover our manufacturing process, 100% French and based at a single production site in Western France. A single point of contact is at your disposal for the 3 phases of your machine creation: Design, Manufacturing and Monitoring, for equipment conceived and managed entirely in-house.
Creation of the preliminary design within our Commercial Project Engineering department for a technical design in consultation with you. These initial discussions allow us to precisely define the equipment to be installed before it is finalized, based on a given set of specifications. Our various engineering departments then take over. Mechanical, electrical, IT, and automation systems, No aspect of the machine's design is left to chance!
After 3d design of the machine and all its components, the entire assembly is transmitted to our various departments of Manufacturing: Machining, Sheet metal work, Welding, Wiring… Every component of your equipment (parts, cables, connectors, etc.) is manufactured, machined, bent, and welded in our workshops, ensuring a custom build tailored to your specific requirements. Each machine is then pre-assembled and fully assembled (also in our own workshops) to allow for testing phases, conducted in collaboration with you. A few final adjustments, and your equipment is ready to be delivered!
Phase 3: Installation and monitoring
For an installation For your "turnkey" machines, our teams travel to your workshops to install, adjust your equipment and train your operators on their new work tools. Constant monitoring is also ensured with our after-sales service, always ready to intervene to deliver your parts that we keep in stock, ensure maintenance of your machines and support you in the development of your production.
