For packing all your products into crates or trays, iXAPACK GLOBAL offers the ICP CashierA fully automated system that, in three steps, forms, fills, and seals your various cardboard containers, all within a single machine. This system is adapted to the diversity of your products and also to the well-being of your operators.
Following the loading of the cutting magazine, fully adapted to the ergonomics of your operators, the case packing process begins with the automatic formation of your multi-format boxes or trays. Thanks to an intuitive HMI, switching between each format is done autonomously.
Using one or more tripod robots, the filling of the crate or tray is carried out in a fully automated manner. For added flexibility, the ICP case packer allows for the mixing of several flavors and products within the same crate.
Thanks to the Hot Melt gluing system, the carton is sealed using glue guns and pressure plates, allowing for handling of the boxes without the risk of them coming unglued.
